Dr. Perry and our lovely vet tech were so kind and gentle with our girl! Their love of animals was palpable, and Yarrow looks forward to her next visit! 🙂
Usually very good service. Not today. I was more than 15 early for our appointment and still waiting in room for over 45 minutes. I've run out of both time and patience for this visit.
Carolina Ranch is family to us and our fur babies. They provide love, compassion, and expert care in all areas of their business. We have personally utilized most of the services they offer, and we have never been disappointed. Our dogs love going to the Ranch!!
I am a picky dog owner and rarely like different vets. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Oliver and the staff at Carolina ranch. My dog kuzco suffers from severe allergies and the staff is working really diligently with me to find a solution!
I was able to quickly and conveniently find and schedule an appointment online the night before. I didn't have a regular vet as we just moved to NC from MN a month ago and my dog Jack suddenly developed a pretty bad limp a month into us moving here. The next day, I brought my dog Jack into the vet. They immediately knew how to handle him - he's a large sweet boy, but gets extremely nervous and defensive when getting examinations. He didn't react at all to Dr. Baer checking his heart/lungs and his leg. It was clear that Dr. Baer has worked with dogs like him before and her handling was excellent. The next day we had to drop him off for sedation and x-rays, as we were unable to sedate and x-ray at the first appointment due to him just eating breakfast. Dr. Baer communicated with me very well and I was pleased with the treatment plan and communication going forward. I will also say that compared to our vet in Minnesota, this was extremely affordable for all that we had done. Minor hiccup during pick up post-sedation, but I was happy overall with our visit and the knowledge and handling with the vet. I'm happy to say that we will be coming back - all 3 dogs and 1 cat of ours!
Ashley with grooming is the best .all the ladies are caring and very caring with our babies
Extremely caring, professional and treat you like family. Just can't say enough about the staff.
