I was able to quickly and conveniently find and schedule an appointment online the night before. I didn't have a regular vet as we just moved to NC from MN a month ago and my dog Jack suddenly developed a pretty bad limp a month into us moving here. The next day, I brought my dog Jack into the vet. They immediately knew how to handle him - he's a large sweet boy, but gets extremely nervous and defensive when getting examinations. He didn't react at all to Dr. Baer checking his heart/lungs and his leg. It was clear that Dr. Baer has worked with dogs like him before and her handling was excellent. The next day we had to drop him off for sedation and x-rays, as we were unable to sedate and x-ray at the first appointment due to him just eating breakfast. Dr. Baer communicated with me very well and I was pleased with the treatment plan and communication going forward. I will also say that compared to our vet in Minnesota, this was extremely affordable for all that we had done. Minor hiccup during pick up post-sedation, but I was happy overall with our visit and the knowledge and handling with the vet. I'm happy to say that we will be coming back - all 3 dogs and 1 cat of ours!
Ashley with grooming is the best .all the ladies are caring and very caring with our babies
Extremely caring, professional and treat you like family. Just can't say enough about the staff.
I have taken my fur babies to Carolina Ranch for over 10 years, and I've NEVER had a bad experience! The staff are knowledgable and friendly. The facility is always clean and welcoming. They are always on time with appointments. They have a wide variety of services available. I would not take my animals anywhere else.

We are very impressed! Your facility is super clean and the staff is tops.Glad we are having our Cavalier treated here.
I've been going here for 10 years and I absolutely love my pets' Veterinarian, Dr. Olliver. She's been with me and my son through a lot, from listening to our concerns and even comforting us during difficult times. Dr. Bauer has also been great. However, I had one horrific experience with another doctor, Baer I believe. My elderly cat Cali began suffering with seizures, lack of control of her hind legs, and bleeding profusely from her mouth. My son and I brought her in as an emergency, thinking this would be our final goodbye. But to our shock, this doctor claimed that the reason she couldn't use her hind legs is because we let her hind claws grow too long. ?? As for the bleeding from her mouth, she blamed the cat for "chewing on electrical cords" after I told her she has been going under our deck (which is a horrible accusation and not the slightest bit possible). As far as the seizures, I don't think she believed us. She charged us for the visit and sent us home!! Cali ended up having a BIG seizure (very hard and distressing to watch) that weekend, and died. We put her in a box and had to wait until Monday to bring her in for her cremation and paw print. It was a very sad and traumatic way for her to go.
