The Ranch has very knowledgeable & caring veterinarians and staff. Excellent medical care and the staff seemed to love her as much as I do! Awesome!

My experience have always been good. I've never encountered any issues at all. I can see that my dog is well cared for because he gets so excitd to arrive at the Ranch when we pull into the parking lot. He nearly leaps over me in his eagerness to get out the door; he knows exactly where he is, and that rings me joy. He always comes home feeling tired because he had a good day at the Ranch. Additionally, the veterinarians are incredibly kind whenever I need to take him in for any treatment. Everyone is so friendly and attentive from the front desk to the daycare. They truly make you feel like your pet is the most important one.

I can't say enough about the care my dog received. We were clients at Harmony Animal Hospital when my golden decided to eat a sock and it got stuck in his intestines. I called Harmony and they said they were book for three days and I needed to go to an emergency vet which was double the expense. I called around and not only was Carolina Ranch able to squeeze him in for surgery but were wonderful to work with and the bill was even cheaper than quoted! He is doing wonderful and we had such an amazing experience that I have switched all of my animals over to this practice!

We have been with Carolina Ranch now for many years. To be honest I’m not sure how many. From services to training to grooming to boarding, pretty much everything. We’ve had three different dogs with them. Two of the beagle had seizures were hard to deal with. ended up having to do some work through NC State. The staff was incredible and words can’t express their love and care for the two beagles. and it was seamless interaction between them and the neurologist at NC State as well for the care. Our current dog is lab goofy big normal psychotic lab and they’ve been great with him as well. I can’t recommend them enough. There’s not a service they provide that I have been unhappy with. I have found everyone I have dealt with to be top notch. If you’re looking for a vet a border or groomer, whatever they’re your place. Even if your not you should try them!!

I have been taking both of my labradors here for 3 years and recommend. Dr. Oliver is very thorough and explains everything perfectly. She also provides several options for next steps. They have helped keep my dogs happy and healthy!

I had to leave my fur baby so they could collect a urine sample. Sr Oliver quoted me a cost of $151 for today’s visit. She assured me there would be no extra charges. When I picked up my pup they had added $47.88 to my bill and claimed that was half price for catheterizing him to obtain the urine. I was not consulted about this extra charge but was required to pay it. I will not be back!!!!
