I contacted this clinic to schedule an appointment for my dog and the person who responded to me via text was very rude and inconsiderate. She dismissed my concerns and refused to schedule the appointment. They lost my business!
Response from the owner:Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any rudeness you experienced from our staff — that is not the level of service we strive to provide.

We’re glad to hear that a member of our management team reached out to you this morning to discuss your concerns. We truly understand how important pets are to our clients, and we are committed to ensuring that every interaction reflects our dedication to caring for both pets and their owners.

We value your feedback and hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future. If there’s anything further we can do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

You should ask a new vet facility the following questions

  • How many veterinarians work at the practice?
  • What kind of emergency services are available?
  • Do your veterinarians perform surgeries or will I be referred to a separate veterinarian for surgical procedures for my pet?

You should also ask whether or not they have a pharmacy within their office or if you will need to go somewhere else to fill your pet’s prescriptions. Contact us today to learn about our veterinary services.

The average cost for preventative veterinary care is around $100-$200 per appointment. The price can vary depending on your pet’s:

When you take your pet to the vet, the cost will depend largely on their age and if they need specific vaccinations or testing.
