Returns/Exchanges

Medicine cannot be returned or exchanged. Other items such as food, leashes, and collars may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the receipt and original packaging. Some restrictions apply. Ask our staff about the return and exchange policies for specific items before purchase. Some items may be exchanged for another item of equal value. Please inquire about exchanges before purchase.

When returning an item, bring the item, your receipt and the original packaging to our facility at 6129 NC Hwy 42 West, Garner, NC 27529. Original shipping rates for items are not refundable and customers are responsible for any shipping costs due to a return.

Customers will be credited for returns in the same payment form as seen on the original receipt.

Cancellations

As of July 1, 2014, we require a deposit per pet for all boarding stays. Please view our boarding deposit policies here.
