Boarding Deposit
We require a deposit per pet for our boarding stays:
- Standard Accommodation – $50 for first pet and $25 for each additional pet.

- The deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is not made within the designated time frames. Standard accommodation holiday boarding deposits require a five (5) business day notification of cancellation.

- Suite Accommodation – $75 for first pet and $25 for each additional pet.

- The deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation at least five (5) days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is not made within the designated time frames. Due to limited availability and popularity, suite and cabin reservations require a minimum of a 3 day stay.

- Cabin Accommodations – $100 for first pet and $25 for each additional pet.

- The deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation at least five (5) days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is not made within the designated time frames. Due to limited availability and popularity, suite and cabin reservations require a minimum of a 3 day stay.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE. For your convenience, you may enter a credit card on our secure form for us to apply the deposit or you may call the office to give it to us over the phone – 919-662-3200.
